It’s hard to talk about myself without talking about my clients as one obviously impacts the other, after all, my clients are my “raison detre”. I have, what I would call dynamic energy and a true love of people, trust me, my family and friends constantly turn to me for comic relief as I am forever engaged with others. I just enjoy what I do and in turn real estate has been an absolute joy for me and has enabled me to provide exceptional real estate service in the Ottawa area.

Ultimately, I believe I’m in the ‘service industry” and as such, no task is too small when it comes to ensuring my customers are happy. My background in Sales and Marketing with two Health Care companies taught me early on that when dealing with people, patients, doctors and nurses, the only approach is one of truth and sincerity. Instead of guessing on an inquiry, I took the time to find out the answer to ensure trust and correctness in my patient care.
This is the same approach I take in assisting my customers when purchasing and/or selling their homes. I encourage everyone I work with to look at all facets of a potential buy and or sell as my journey with them is as educational for them as it is for me. I ask them what their view is and I offer my advice based on my years of experience. Is it a good investment going forward? Are the bones of the property good? It’s the biggest investment someone will make and as such, we need to get it right.
