Maureen, my first home is purchased and I absolutely could not have done it without you.  Not only did you facilitate the entire process for me, but made me comfortable and confident in my decision making.  And all of this notwithstanding the fact that my Mom and I had an absolute riot with you.  Thank you for everything Maureen!
