Maureen helped us buy our first home and she did a fantastic job! She met us to discuss our wants and needs, and what was realistic with a reasonable budget that would avoid us having to eat kraft dinner or give up on travelling outside the country. We explored two scenarios, more house in the suburbs or less house in the ideal location – and we found the perfect amount of home in the ideal neighbourhood! Maureen is always available, very attentive and pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about real estate, brings the coffee, is full or great references for jobs around the house, big or small, and she really helped put minor setbacks into perspective. She’s so nice, she picked up one of us after work to get into the house on the day we got the keys!
We had the best house hunting experience with her, she knew what to ask of us and what to look for to ensure we would find our home efficiently and be thoroughly satisfied with it; she really exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. We would recommend her in heartbeat and won’t hesitate to call her again if we decide to let go of the great house she found for us.
