We have been working with Maureen for a few years now and shared with her about our desire to purchase a cottage property. Maureen took all our requirements and set up an online portal for us to look at properties that matched our criteria. Even though we took a very long time to decide or commit to a property, she never lost her patience. Drove 2-3 hours outside Ottawa to accompany us for showings. And after we found the property, she accompanied us through the inspection, referred us to contractors and anything else we needed for our renovations. Without Maureen we would not have been able to move forward with our incredible property. Thank you Maureen.

This was possibly the best of what Maureen provides. Due diligence and advocating for her clients. We were interested in investing in a multi-unit property in Ottawa, and finally found a great one! However, the seller was being difficult and Maureen blew us away with her negotiating skills and we were able to purchase a great investment property and also able to save money as well! Post purchase, she supported us in finding tenants for all our properties and as always took care of everything (staging, photos, reference checks for potential tenants). We couldn’t be more pleased.

When our last tenant gave notice, we reached out to Maureen again to help us secure a new tenant, and we were pleased at how quickly Maureen was able to get everything going. And my sister and I were lucky to find a tenant for our condo right away – which meant that it was not vacant at all! Thank you Maureen.
